Lincoln
Lincoln, the Constitution & the Civil War

Centerville/Washington Township is in elite company. Our community is one of only 200 locations in the United States to be selected to host Lincoln: the Constitution and the Civil War, a traveling exhibit. Local residents have their first opportunity to see this unique exhibit at its Opening Ceremony scheduled for 6:30 pm on Friday, April 19, at the Centerville Library on Spring Valley Road. It will stay on display during open library hours through the month of May.

Don't miss our six-week Scholar Series on Tuesday evenings which will examine Civil War issues - all to be held at the Hithergreen Center, which will serve as a series co-sponsor. The Library will also offer something for the whole family to enjoy at Civil War Days on Saturday, May 4 featuring re-enactments and more, offered in partnership with the Centerville Washington Township Historical Society.
