Lincoln Traveling Exhibit - Closing Date Friday, May 31, 2013

Description: Our Library has been selected as one of 200 hosts for this traveling national exhibit – here for six weeks! How could a country founded on the belief that 'all men are created equal' continue to tolerate slavery in its Constitution? Visit the exhibit and learn about the challenges faced by Lincoln and his struggles to save the Union. This exhibit was organized by the National Constitution Center and the American Library Association with major funding by the National Endowment for the Humanities.
Special Information: The exhibit Opening Ceremony will be on Friday, April 19 at 6:30 PM. Last day to visit the exhibit is May 31. Visit any time during open library hours!
