Apply online for a library card today - and begin using cardholder services immediately!

Our online library card application takes just a few minutes to complete.

After submitting your application, you will receive a temporary library account number that allows you to take advantage of online cardholder privileges such as our Research Databases, eCatalog, and Digital Collection.

If you wish to check out materials from the library and use other in-house library services, you will need to visit us in person at your convenience to complete the application process and pick up your actual, permanent library card. To complete the application process, you will need to bring the following with you on your first visit to either our Woodbourne or Centerville Library location:

• a photo ID with your current address OR
• a photo ID and separate proof of your current address (a piece of mail, checkbook, etc.) if the address on your ID is not current

These items are necessary to activate your account for in-library use, enabling you to borrow books, movies, CDs, magazines, CD-ROMs and other resources.

At this time, only Ohio residents may register for a library card online. Out of state residents and those applying for teacher cards must apply in person.
