This year marks the 50th Anniversary of the Older Americans Act that ensured sufficient services for senior citizens. The Library serves older Americans with a wide variety of large print and audio materials, homebound delivery of Library materials and speakers for various civic organizations.

Groovy Films

To complement our 1960s Scholar Series, the Library will host four movies from that decade. Films shown each Friday in March beginning at 6 PM.

On March 27, Woodbourne Library, In the Heat of the Night, a classic drama mystery and Oscar winning film starring Rod Steiger and Sidney Portier. Get more information.

Back by popular demand! Bring your lunch on March 27 at noon to the Centerville Library and get the inside scoop on forthcoming titles from our Random House representative! Free publisher tote bags and advanced reader copies (pre-publication!) of upcoming books for attendees, while supplies last.
