A large selection of Federal, State of Ohio, and City of Centerville tax forms and instructions is available for free pickup at either Centerville or Woodbourne Library.
Can't find a particular form you need? We also keep notebooks of reproducible tax forms for you to copy and take with you, along with Taxpayer Information Publications and a variety of tax handbooks with useful tax information from the industry leaders.

The Tax Prophet
The Tax Prophet helps decipher the U.S. Internal Revenue code and offers a variety of articles about tax issues. This is not a site for tax forms and publications.
AARP Tax-Aide
AARP, the nonprofit membership organization dedicated to addressing the needs and interests of persons 50 and older, offers information on recent tax law changes, IRS forms and publications and online tax counseling.
Yahoo! Finance: Tax Center
Site includes a tax guide for investors, tax tips listed alphabetically, including Charitable Contributions, Divorce, Deductions and Medical as well as a tax estimator and glossary.
Small Business/Self-Employed: IRS
Internal Revenue Service's site for small business owners, non-profits and charities, partnerships and persons who are self-employed. Site includes online workshops, lists of toll-free telephone numbers for tax assistance, employment tax
information and more.
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA)
The VITA Program offers free tax help to low- to moderate-income (generally, $39,000 and below) people who cannot prepare their own tax returns. Certified volunteers sponsored by various organizations receive training to help prepare basic tax returns in communities across the country.
