"Keeping My Mind Straight"

My goals for surviving and thriving my teenage years are focusing on my education. I know that I will have to do a lot to achieve my future goals but first I will have to start with my teenage ones first. I have my wrights Stepp program to worry about and that alone is a big part of my teenage years because I have to keep a B average to stay in. I also have to try to get into DECA, early college prep high school which is hard to get into.

I have to start using my time wisely and keep up with all my work. Hanging out with my friends and having fun all the time is not going to help me but if I hang out with my friends and study I can do it. When I am hanging out I can do what I want but when it comes to me studying or preparing for a test I have to keep my mind straight. I can’t do it with all this pressure on me so maybe I could get help from my friends and family.

Another goal I set out to achieve is getting more scholarships but at the same time keeping the one I have. I want to get more scholarships so when I finally go to college I will have enough to finish going on to medical school. I could get some scholarships by participating in things like competition at a track meet. I want to earn more of them defiantly full scholarships. Even though I have a lot to worry about I still want to have fun and play sports and things like that, also I like going on the computer and when I am looking for contests like this one I usually go to either this kind of contest or poem contest.

I know that surviving my teenage years isn’t going to be easy because they are the hardest part of your life because you go through so much peer pressure and problems that you cant get out of. So I am going to tough it out and have fun but at the same time do what I have to do to achieve my goals and keep my mind on my work. I believe that if I do what I do now I will achieve my goals and do all the things I want to do. Those are what I have to do to achieve and thrive through my teenage years!
