Create a Play from Beginning to End!

Learn playwriting skills and then immediately use those skills to create a stage adaptation of the children's book The Sailor Who Captured the Sea.

Teens in grades 6 - 12, as well as adults, can participate in this exciting workshop experience. Sessions will be led by playwright Rayya El Zein.

Registration is not required, and participants are not required to attend every session. However, sessions do build on each other, so attendance at most sessions is recommended.

Session A: Sketches - Learn improvisation techniques and narration

All are welcome to attend the staged reading of the play developed by the participants: Reader's Theater - May 17th, 2 - 3 PM at Centerville Library
