Base Pay - Based on position.Health
Merit Increases - Based on performance
Ohio Public Employees Retirement System - The library is required to contribute 14% of your salary into OPERS in lieu of Social Security. The employee is required to contribute 10% of their salary into OPERS, however, the library picks up this expense for fully benefitted employees which results in a net pay increase in salary.
Deferred Compensation - Pre-tax deduction. Optional investment program allows an employee to save money for extra retirement income through Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program.
Health Insurance - Pre-tax deduction. Fully benefitted employees. High Deductible Health Plan combined with a Health Savings Account are available through Anthem. Employee may choose coverage level (employee, employee + child(ren), employee + spouse, or family).Protection
Dental Insurance - Pre-tax deduction. Fully benefitted employees. Available through Superior Dental. Employee may choose coverage level (employee, employee + child(ren), employee + spouse, or family).
HSA/HRA - Pre-tax deduction. Option to enroll in a Health Savings Account or Health Reimbursement Account if employee elects to participate in the Health Insurance Plan. Library's contribution is prorated based on the hire date and successful completion of provisionary period.
Vision Insurance - Optional insurance covers eye exams, eyeglasses, or contacts. Employee chooses coverage level (employee, employee + one, employee + family).
Health Care Spending Account - Pre-tax deduction. Option to set aside pre-tax money to pay for medical expenses not covered under health insurance. Employees participating in the library's health plan may opt for a limited HSA.
Vision Care Reimbursement - Full time employees may receive up to $75 for eyeglass frames biennially, up to $75 for eyeglass lenses annually, and up to $75 for contact lenses annually.
Life Insurance - Post-tax deduction. Optional insurance with coverage up to $250,000. Optional coverage also available for spouse and eligible dependents.Work/Life Balance
Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance - Fully-benefitted employees are eligible after 6 months for a $15,000 libray policy provided to employee at no additional cost.
Accident Insurance - Post Tax Deduction. Optional insurance provides benefits in the event of a covered accident.
Cancer Insurance - Post-tax deduction. Optional insurance provides benefits for the direct medical and indirect non-medical costs of covered cancer treatments. Optional coverage also available for spouse and eligible dependents.
Long-Term Care Insurance - Post-tax deduction. Optional insurance provides support and assistance with daily living activities or supervision of someone who is cognitively impaired. Optional coverage also available for spouse and parent.
Short/Long Term Disability Insurance - Post-tax deduction. Optional insurance provides benefits in the event of a covered accidental injury or illness.
Paid Vacation & Holidays - Fully benefitted employees are eligible for 7 holidays, up to 3 floating holidays, and 1 week of vacation after 6 months.
Dependent Care Spending Account - Pre-tax deduction. Option to set aside pre-tax money to pay for services of a qualified daycare facility.
Employee Assistance Program - Free, confidential assistance to fully-benefitted employees and their family members to help deal with stress, individual/family conflicts, alcohol/drug abuse, anxiety, depression, difficulties with a child and other related problems.
Sick Leave - Fully-benefitted employees eligible for 15 days per year accrued on a per day basis for self or immediate family.
Book Purchasing Discount - Employees receive a 20% corporate discount through local book vendor.
Professional Memberships - Eligible employees may receive up to $200/year after 6 months for qualified professional organizations.
