Support Your Library - Volunteer Your Time
Ongoing funding cuts continue to take its toll on the Library's budget at a time when patrons are using Library services more than ever. Please consider donating your time in one or more of the ways listed below.
Be a Friend of the Library
The purpose of the Friends of the Washington-Centerville Public Library is to assist the Library with general advocacy and to raise funds for specific, short-term projects. The Friends Group hosts book sales, plans and implements special fundraising events and provides volunteers for some Library-sponsored events.

Allow us to share your library story. Your story is a powerful way to make the case for library support.
Your voice matters! Occasionally, we may ask you to call, write, visit or email your local, state and federal officials in a show of support for library funding. Watch the Library's website for a call to action.
Applications are accepted from May 1 - October 1, and can be turned in at Woodbourne or Centerville Library. You can find more information about TAB on the Library's Teen website.
