Enciclopedia Estudiantil Hallazgos The online version of World Book Enciclopedia Estudiantil Hallazgos is organized so that students can find information quickly and easily. It includes more than 2,200 articles, 250 maps, 1,500 illustrations, and bilingual navigation.

Facts On File Science Online Science Online provides reliable information in a variety of useful formats. The content is organized by subject area and type of resource, as well as by national and state science education standards. More than 1,000 science experiments and activities, 6,300 printable diagrams, illustrations, and images, many in full color, as well as hundreds of videos and flash animations are available here.

Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition from EBSCOhost Provides nearly 550 scholarly full text journals focusing on many medical disciplines. Also featured are abstracts and indexing for nearly 850 journals. In addition, this database includes Lexi-PAL Drug Guide, which covers 1,300 generic drug patient education sheets with more than 4,700 brand names.

HeritageQuest HeritageQuest Online includes all of the images and extensive indexing from the 1790 - 1930 U.S. federal censuses. It offers more than 20,000 book titles, including nearly 8,000 family histories and over 12,000 local histories. Additionally, there are more than 250 primary-source documents such as tax lists, city directories, probate records, and more. Also included are the Periodical Source Index (PERSI), the Revolutionary War Pension and Bounty Land Warrant Application Files, and Freedman's Bank Records.

NetWellness A non-profit consumer health Web site that has been in operation for more than 10 years. Over 100 health topics with in-depth information on hundreds of diseases and wellness issues. 491 world-class experts have answered 45,090 questions and contributed more than 600 articles.

New York Times Search comprehensive coverage of this renowned newspaper here. Also included are the Book Review and Sunday Magazine. Articles from 1923-1980 are available with an in-library login. Ask at the reference desk.

Newsbank Provides unique coverage of local and regional news, including companies, politics, sports, industries, cultural activities, and people in the community. Paid ads are excluded. Full-text news resource containing comprehensive coverage of current issues and events from the 4 major leading newspapers in Ohio.

Newspaper Source from EBSCOhost Presents cover-to-cover full text for 28 national and international newspapers. The database also contains selected full text for more than 260 regional newspapers. In addition, full text television & radio news transcripts are provided from ABC, CBS News, CNN, CNN International, FOX News, NPR, etc.

NoveList Plus Over 155,000 fiction and 72,000 non-fiction titles, 125,000 annotations, 200,000 full-text searchable reviews, and 130,000 titles with popularity ranking make Novelist Plus a great stop to finding that next great read. Use the product's "Find a Favorite Author" feature to locate a list of titles, then use one of those titles in conjunction with the "Find Similar Books" feature. Ohio Historical Society Database Use this online portal to search several collections within the Ohio Historical Society Archives Collection. Full text resources include African American Experience in Ohio 1850-1920, Civil War, Fundamental Documents, Military Rosters, and more. Ohio Historical Society Journal Ohio History was established in June 1887 as the Ohio Archaeological and Historical Quarterly. Psychology & Behavioral Sciences Collection from EBSCOhost A comprehensive database providing nearly 575 full text publications, including 550 peer-reviewed journals. Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps Large scale street plans produced by the Sanborn Fire Insurance company from 1867 to 1970 are available through this database. Over 40,000 maps and images can be use to locate and identify buildings and neighborhoods, study the growth of towns and cities, and learn about the impact of new developments.
